Technology should make life easier.

Straightforward IT support for Denver businesses and homes — from everyday troubleshooting and cloud services to networking, migrations, computer procurement, and the unusual technology problems that don’t fit neatly into a box.

Experienced IT help without the attitude.

Tek Ease provides practical, flexible technology support backed by years of hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, cloud systems, databases and security.

Not every problem has an obvious answer. Sometimes the job is knowing where to look, what to test, and how to keep working the problem until it makes sense.

We keep things clear, practical, and easy to understand — without unnecessary jargon or ego.

IT for Business

Support for small businesses that need solid technology help without automatically signing up for a traditional managed-services relationship.

We help with day-to-day support, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gmail, networking, security, cloud collaboration, computer procurement, migrations, special projects, and plenty of things that don’t fit neatly into a service menu.

Technology Help for Home

Computers, Wi-Fi, setup, troubleshooting, data transfers, custom PCs, home technology, and the occasional strange problem that doesn’t belong at a typical repair counter.

Whether you need help choosing a new computer, fixing an unreliable network, troubleshooting a gaming PC, moving your data, or figuring out why some piece of technology suddenly stopped cooperating, we can often help.

Got a weird technology problem?

Not every technology problem has a convenient category.

Over the years, Tek Ease has helped with everything from computers and cloud systems to home A/V equipment, networking gear, custom PCs, legacy electronics, email migrations, and systems that simply stopped doing what they were supposed to do.

If you’re not sure who to call, ask.

We’ll tell you whether it’s something we can reasonably troubleshoot — and we’ll be upfront if another specialist, a different approach, or replacement makes more sense.

A lot of IT fits under one roof.

Small Business IT Support

Day-to-day troubleshooting, user support, software, computers, printers, vendors, and ongoing technology help for small businesses.

Cloud & Collaboration

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gmail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, permissions, sharing, and cloud organization.

Security & Email Protection

Proofpoint email protection, Bitdefender GravityZone, endpoint security, backups, and practical protection for small businesses and home users when appropriate.

Migrations & Special Projects

Email migrations, cloud transitions, data moves, computer rollouts, office technology projects, and the unusual one-off work that doesn’t fit neatly into a category.

Computer Procurement

Advice, sourcing, setup, and deployment of business-class laptops and desktops — often at substantial savings compared with buying new at retail.

Need a computer? You don’t necessarily need to buy retail.

Tek Ease helps businesses and home users choose and source laptops and desktops based on what they actually need.

We often recommend business-class systems — including Dell Pro, Pro Max, Latitude and OptiPlex lines — and can source carefully selected new or used equipment at compelling prices.

We’re not a computer store, and we don’t keep inventory we need to sell you.

The goal is to find the right machine at the right price, then help with setup, migration, and deployment if needed.

IT support that fits the business — not the other way around.

Some businesses need a full managed-service provider. Others simply want an experienced technology partner they know and trust when something comes up.

Tek Ease offers flexible support for smaller organizations that want continuity, technical breadth, and a familiar person to call — without automatically committing to a large monthly MSP arrangement.

My background started in software and database development and gradually expanded into hardware, networking, cloud systems, security, migrations, troubleshooting, and just about every kind of technology problem in between.

I don’t claim to know everything. I do know how to investigate, test, research, troubleshoot, and keep working a problem until it makes sense. That breadth is especially useful when the issue is unusual, the documentation is terrible, or nobody is quite sure who should handle it.

I also make practical use of modern AI-assisted development tools to prototype small applications, automate repetitive tasks, and solve technical problems when an off-the-shelf solution isn’t quite enough.

Technology changes constantly. Staying curious and continuing to learn is part of the job.

Curious by nature. Practical by experience.

What people say after the problem is solved.

Easy to reach

“Very responsive with texting and phone calls, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working.”

— Google review

Knows how to troubleshoot

“Knew exactly what my problem was after I explained it over the phone. I was out the door less than 30 minutes later.”

— Google review

Goes the extra mile

“I was in a pinch, and Ryan stopped what he was doing to get my laptop working at the last minute.”

— Google review
